Joshua Tree Life Saver
What is there to say other than without Marissa, there would have been no wedding. Joshua Tree has a reputation of being hot- and April is typically mild. NOT ON OUR WEDDING DAY! 40 degrees with wind chill with a wind SO strong that literally almost nothing would stay up (and it was completely outdoors). This girl jumped in to action and made sure that even with the craziest wind, we still had a *stunning* wedding reception. The flowers were picturesque- matching the venue, the bride and the groom to a T. All the smaller details on tables and the use of various pieces made the wedding pop in ways that as an artist and a bride, I will never forget. The colors, the choice of flowers, being able to jump to fix almost ANY situation on the fly- this girl has a PLAN and then she has at least 4-5 more in case those don’t work out. She’s an expert in all of it because she’s been working in the wedding industry for almost a decade- planning, doing flowers, doing CAKES, running it.. the list goes on and on. She’s the ONLY person I would ever want by my side for any of this and she made our day absolutely perfect even when everything we had plan for had only one enemy- wind.
